If you’re planning a bridal shower and want something besides cheesy games to occupy the guests, check out these “Notes for the Bride-to-Be.” Guests write down their marriage advice and either read them out loud or leave them for the bride to read later. Etsy Seller InkspotWorkshop will customize the notecards with your choice of wording, colors, and graphics. The set is $17 and comes with 20 notecards and a matching pillow box to hold the notes.

On my wedding day I dropped my makeup brush, full of face powder, on my leg. Luckily, I was in my sweats at the time, not my gown. But because things like this happen, do yourself a favor and have a Miss Oops Rescue Sponge on hand for any Big Day mishaps.
The sponge is safe on all fabrics and can be used dry to remove makeup or deodorant from your gorgeous gown. A pack of 2 sponges is only $10.00. A good investment…just in case.
